Attorney Herrera is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He represents clients across a broad range of practice areas, including commercial and residential real estate and construction litigation, insurance litigation, criminal defense, and governmental and administrative proceedings.

Since 2022, Attorney Herrera has been honored to serve as the Board Attorney for the City of Miami Code Enforcement Board and Nuisance Abatement Board, a role that has deepened his expertise in municipal law and governmental proceedings and gives his clients a meaningful advantage in matters before local boards and agencies.

In addition to his litigation practice, Attorney Herrera is a licensed Florida Realtor who regularly advises clients on real estate acquisitions and investments throughout the state. He assists clients in all aspects of managing their real estate portfolios and leverages his litigation background to identify and evaluate new and innovative real estate opportunities on their behalf.

Attorney Herrera earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2014, where he was honored with the Book Award in Products Liability and recognized for his volunteer service as a site coordinator and trainer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and United Way of Central Florida. During law school, he also served as a certified legal intern at the Osceola County Attorney's Office, gaining extensive hands-on experience in governmental and land use law.

His academic background extends beyond law, Attorney Herrera holds an MBA from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with Certificates in Public Administration and Emergency Management from Florida State University. This combination of legal expertise, business education, and real-world governmental experience is what sets his practice apart.
